Dear Santa, For Christmas, I would like a new computer, a new camera, and a bowl of ramen.
The line starts forming before the restaurant even opens – that’s how good it is. They have a wide variety of ramen: choose your soup - pork, soy or miso – and choose your ingredients. Their chicken karaage is a popular appetizer (that I didn’t find anything special about). Is the wait worth it? Sure…as long as you don’t arive starving to death.
Tip: If you order the pork-base ramen, eat it before it gets cold. You wouldn’t want the see the fat thicken in your bowl…
