Koo is one of the better sushi restaurants in the city. The fish is fresh and the rolls actually all have their own unique taste unlike many sushi restaurants out there. My favorite appetizer was the tuna tartare with guacamole under it, and all the rolls were delicious. I could have done without the eggplant or salted fish.
