The Workout – vlog quickie by jonas

Here’s the secret to my diet: eat whatever I want and ALWAYS exercise. 165 pounds, 41″ chest, 34″ waist, 36″ hips, 5’10″ tall. And the most I can bench is 45*4+10*4+45=265lbs. Any other questions?
